How much do you know about the SCG-HMH concepts ?

in simple terms can you explain how this generator works ?

At its simplest: it’s a shaped electromagnetic “bottle” for a cold plasma. The SCG-HMH geometry is meant to control and recirculate charged particles so their motion can become useful electrical output — no burning fuel, and no claim that it’s fusion. The paper is the map; a working prototype is the proof still to build.
